Distilled during the distillery's iconic era of partial triple-distillation (a process phased out in 2007), it yields a rich, honeyed, and fruit-forward profile featuring notes of orange blossom honey, vineyard peach, apricot water, and marzipan on the nose, followed by a mouth-coating palate of orchard fruits, caramel, and gentle wood spice before closing on a long, clean finish of lingering citrus and subtle oak.
