배송 정책

1. Pickup

If you want to pickup the order yourself, you can do so during our business hours. In order to ensure a smooth pickup process, please inform us of the pickup date and time in advance. If you have other requirements, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

2. Delivery 

Currently, we only provide delivery services in Hong Kong. Free delivery will be provided for orders above HK$1,200. We use third-party service providers for delivery services and the delivery will usually be made 2-3 days after the payment for the order is received. If you wish to receive your order earlier, please choose the fast delivery option or contact us to make the appropriate arrangements. We will try our best to arrange for delivery but we may not be able to deliver to remote locations or outlying islands, and we reserve the right to reject any orders.
