Established in the late 2010s within a historic 250-year-old shopfront. Local enthusiasts launched it to blend an immersive bar atmosphere with their own bottling operation, offering an extensive range of Scotch and global whiskies alongside exclusive single cask releases bottled at cask strength with little filtration to preserve the original taste of the whiskies.

Their releases emphasise thoughtful cask choices from lesser-known or innovative distilleries, paired with eye-catching labels designed by local street artists that echo Brighton's graffiti culture. Each bottling delivers bold, characterful flavours that match the artwork's energy, from zesty matures like Miltonduff to fruity finishes on Tamnavulin.
