Speyside Distillery 28 Year Old 1997-2025 Refill Hogshead by Cut Your Wolf Loose Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This whisky comes from a cask that is is a discovered rather than sourced. Having spent its entire 28 years in the distillery warehouse, this cask was acquired from a private owner and it took nearly a year to  physically retrieve the cask from its forgotten resting place in Scotland.  The distillery's fruit-forward profile has evolved into something exotic over nearly three decades - tropical fruits softened by honey, gentle oak and a creamy mouthfeel.
