Shipping policy

1. Pickup

If you want to pick up your order, you can do so during our business hours. 

In order to ensure a smooth pickup process, please inform us of your preferred pick up date and time in advance. If you have other requirements, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

2. Delivery 

Currently, we only provide delivery services in Hong Kong.

We use third-party service providers for delivery services and delivery is typically arranged within 2–3 days after payment is received. Delivery times will vary depending on location and third-party courier processing times.

If you wish to receive your order earlier, please choose the expedited delivery option or contact us to make the appropriate arrangements. 

We will try our best to arrange for delivery but we may not be able to deliver to remote areas or outlying islands, and we reserve the right to reject any order.

3. Fees

Standard delivery fee is HK$100 and expedited delivery fee is HK$150. Free delivery is offered for orders over HK$1,200, and applies to a single delivery only. If you choose to split an order into multiple deliveries, standard delivery fees will apply to the additional deliveries.

4. Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for selection locations in Central and near the Kowloon, Olympic and Nam Cheong MTR stations. for orders placed and paid before 2 pm Monday to Friday. Please contact us to make the appropriate arrangements.
