Collection: Rosevears Whisky
Rosevears Whisky is a craft whisky range from Turner Stillhouse, a distillery in Tasmania's Tamar Valley, Australia, known for producing both single malts and Tasmania's first "bourbon-style" whiskey using 100% local grains.
Founder Justin Turner, a former New York banker, started the distillery in 2018 at a former winery site near Launceston, milling, mashing, distilling, and aging spirits on-site with Tasmanian corn, rye, malted barley, pure local water, and open fermentation for terroir-driven flavours. They age in handmade 200-litre Tasmanian oak barrels, including their own ex-bourbon casks, avoiding imported American ones for a distinctive regional character.
