Fourteen years in a first fill bourbon barrel does the Bruichladdich house style nothing but favours — coaxing out something unabashedly generous and fruit-driven, without a trace of peat to complicate matters. Classic Laddie on the nose: creamy malt, citrus zest, and tropical florals. The palate opens into brûléed peach and vanilla warmth, the cask adding richness without overwhelming the spirit's natural brightness.
