The Whisky: Limited single malt whisky from Suntory's pioneering Yamazaki distillery, released in May 2024 to mark the site's centennial since construction began in 1923 under founder Shinjiro Torii. Nestled at the foot of Mount Tennozan near Kyoto, this non-age-statement bottling at 43% ABV exclusively uses Yamazaki malt spirits, blended from casks including Mizunara and Spanish oak, with packaging featuring the recently renovated distillery to symbolize its enduring legacy and future innovation

Flavour Profile: On the nose, it offers rich maltose candy, honey, coconut cream, candied pineapple, and lacquered wood with hints of hay. The palate delivers luxurious orange marmalade, earthy red bean, baking spices, beeswax texture, and gentle black pepper, leading to a finish of lingering honey, tropical fruit, and warm oak.
