Wild Turkey 81 Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey crafted by Eddie Russell, son of master distiller Jimmy Russell. It is bottled at 81 proof (40.5% ABV) and aged in American white oak barrels with the deepest No. 4 “alligator” char, which gives it rich vanilla and caramel flavors. The mash bill has a high rye content, providing a spicy kick balanced by notes of sweet vanilla, pear, caramel, honey, coffee, and baking spices.
