Features Japan’s Yamanashi “Tokusyu” Kawanishi White Peach and Spanish Flat Peach. The Kawanishi white peach is a late-harvest variety — large in size, pale in flesh with a soft blush, high in sweetness, low in acidity. With local honey from Hong Kong’s Wing Wo Bee Farm as the base, the fresh peaches are carefully processed and extracted in our local workshop.
