The Herbalist Yaso Yuzu Gin is a Japanese craft gin distinguished by its complex blend of botanicals and unique distillation process. It features yuzu citrus from Wakayama Prefecture, distilled in two ways to capture both fresh aroma and strong flavor. The gin includes around 80 wild plants and herbs such as mugwort, turmeric, fish mint, Chinese ginseng, and lotus leaf, contributing to its rich herbal and refreshing aroma. The botanicals are distilled separately and carefully blended to preserve their delicate scents and flavors.
