What is "cream sherry"? 

Cream sherry is a general name for a sweetened sherries, usually produced by blending of two types/groups of sherry, like Oloroso and PX, also known as sweet Oloroso. Modern cream sherries are blends of Oloroso or Amontillado with sweet sherries, PX or Moscatel.
