Sakurao Hong Kong Exclusive 3rd Edition Bourbon Barrel #5146 Single Malt Japanese Whisky

The third edition (Hong Kong Edition 2023) of the Asia exclusive single malt comic series features the character Shizuka SAKURAO by a Japanese comic illustrator. The master blender has chosen a second-fill bourbon barrel for this bottle, which is more than four years old and has a typical non peated bourbon barrel aged taste. It is a beautiful amber whisky with a moderately aged, round aroma and mouthfeel, and the typical malty sweetness of bitter chocolate, vanilla, and honey is pleasant right through to the aftertaste.
