Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley that is triple distilled in copper pot stills and then matured in ex-bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks, this 12 year old is complex and soft with creamy flavors of hazelnuts, crackers and spice, leading to a dry and tidy finish.
