With a high malt content exceeding 51% — anchored by heavily peated malt from the Yoichi Distillery — it is bottled non-chill filtered at a hearty 48% ABV. This expression masterfully balances vibrant notes of sweet fruits and baking spices with a deeply smoky, woody finish.
