Formulated with a noticeably higher proportion of single malt whiskies relative to grain spirit than standard commercial blends, it is aged primarily in ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV to deliver an approachable, vibrant profile. The nose presents sweet orchard fruits, poached pear, soft fudge, and light spices like cinnamon and clove. On the palate, a buttery texture yields flavors of vanilla ice cream, dried apricot, and sponge cake, finishing with a crisp balance of oak, soft black pepper, and subtle citrus peel—making it equally suited for neat sipping, highballs, or mixing into classic cocktails.
