This juicy “Lagmore” is “mostly” a 10-year-old Speyside (Ballindalloch) single estate malt matured in 1st-fill bourbon barrels. Ballindalloch is operated by the Macpherson-Grant family, who has resided in the Ballindalloch Castle for more than 450 years. Scents of an orchard harvest – crisp pears, sweet applies and freshly baked tarte tatin and rich vanilla custards. On the palate, bright and nostalgic sweetness of a Speyside afternoon.
