Named after the historic Kildalton parish, over two decades in ex-bourbon wood softens its fierce peat smoke into a sublime, complex maritime profile featuring notes of smoked sea salt, tarry ropes, lemon zest, and sweet vanilla cream on the nose, followed by a velvety, mouth-coating palate of charred pineapple, medicinal peat, candied ginger, and toasted oak before settling into a long, warming finish of lingering wood ash and coastal brine.
