Matured for 15 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks before 30% is finished for three more years in Oloroso sherry casks, then remarried and bottled at 43% ABV, it delivers creamy vibrancy, floral brightness and subtle raisiny sweetness—toned down by nutty oak—without overwhelming sherry dominance.

Flavour Profile: An elegant and layered dram. On the nose, honey, vanilla cream, citrus peel, dried apricot and soft raisins, with gentle floral notes and polished oak. The palate tends to be silky, medium‑bodied and dessert‑leaning, showing stone fruits, mango or peach, acacia honey, toffee and a measured Oloroso influence of dates and nuts, all wrapped in mild baking spice; the finish is moderately long, with lingering sweet malt, dried fruits and a clean, slightly tannic oak grip that keeps it from becoming cloying.
