GlenAllachie 35 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The GlenAllachie 35 Year Old was aged in the three Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, imparting flavours of poached plum, muscovado sugar and heather honey; two virgin oak casks, adding more heather honey and elements of cloves, treacle, nutmeg and pomegranate; and one Oloroso puncheon, bringing notes of cinnamon, dried red berries, dark chocolate and nutmeg. 

Bottled at 48% ABV, natural colour and non-chill-filtered. Comes in an elegant wooden presentation box and distinctive squat decanter and a booklet with Walker’s handwritten notes, providing his insights into the cask selection and story behind the 35-year-old.
