This expression from independent bottler Elixir Distillers' Elements of Islay collection is a blend of malts matured in a mixture of casks including new oak, American oak and sherry. Created for the Feis Ile festival, its smoky, peated profile and rich spice evokes the aromas of a beachfront bonfire, with herbaceous and spicy notes.
