Edradour used to be known as Scotland’s smallest distillery, famous for its rich, small-batch single malts. In 2018, they added a new stillhouse right next door called Edradour 2. The Edradour No.2 distillery maintains the traditional production style with small pot stills, worm tubs, and wooden washbacks, keeping the artisanal methods intact without computerised equipment, preserving the character of the original distillery.

This new release comes from that new stillhouse. It’s matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts and bottled at cask strength, giving you all the bold, spicy, fruity, and chocolatey flavours that Edradour is known for. A fresh, exciting chapter for the distillery.
