The epitome of Dalmore’s house style, this Highland single malt is finished in different styles of aged Sherry casks including Apostoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem Oloroso. Each hand selected Sherry cask gifts the Dalmore 15 with its own individual characteristics and flavours, to compliment the base notes of soft vanilla and honey from the American white oak ex-bourbon barrels.
