Craigellachie 12 Year Old First-fill Sherry Hogshead by Living Souls Single Malt Scotch Whisky

First-fill sherry hogsheads soften Craigellachie’s signature meaty, worm-tub-condensed spirit, creating an Italian patisserie-inspired dram at 46% ABV. Rich dessert sweetness overlays the oily backbone, delivering torta al limone, warm apple compote, and caramelised apples that drift into vanilla cannoli, roasted hazelnuts, and a soft touch of sweet baking spice.
