NOSE Mineral smoke and brine lift a sweet core of candied peel and cherry compote, with dark honey, sultanas and waxy old oak signalling the depth of age.

PALATE Full, mouth‑coating and richly sweet — blood orange and black cherries in syrup, dried figs and dark chocolate deepening as the peat builds. Old leather and cigar box emerge from the slow alchemy of tannin, oxidation, while a flicker of coastal citrus keeps the sweetness vivid rather than heavy.

FINISH Long, with polished smoky sweetness gradually drying into soft ash, sea salt, dark chocolate and a cooling menthol thread that leaves the palate clean, peaty and quietly lingering.
