Flavour Profile:  A mellow, sophisticated Islay malt that balances gentle peat smoke with rich sherry sweetness, featuring dark chocolate, toffee, candied orange, and tropical fruits like pineapple and mango layered over maritime brine and soft charcoal smoke, with a silky mouthfeel and a long, warming finish of cocoa, roasted nuts, and lingering coastal spices.
