Blairfindy 26 Year Old 1992-2019 Raw Cask by Blackadder Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The name "Blairfindy" was chosen as a pseudonym for a well-loved Speyside distillery (GL). This single malt from Speyside was matured in a Sherry butt for 26 years and bottled at cask strength of 51.6% ABV.  As part of the "Raw Cask" series, this whisky was bottled directly from the cask, without chill filtration or added colouring, and containing natural cask sediment. This approach preserves the whisky’s original character and texture, leaving some fragments of cask wood or sediment in the bottle as a hallmark of its authenticity.
