Ben Nevis 26 Year Old 1998 “Meowtallica No. 1” by Club Qing Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This new mini-series, Meowtallica!, features four stunning artworks by @kt518.art and takes us to an alternate universe where cats rule the world and rock reigns supreme. The series is about Meowtallica, a popular feline rock band. This painting features its legendary guitarist, Ten Li, a British Shorthair belongs to Club Qing founder Kennis!

The first release in this series is a remarkable 26-year-old Ben Nevis distilled in 1998. Unlike the tropical fruit-forward profiles of BN 1996 and 1997, this Ben Nevis leans more towards ripe fruits with notes of oranges, lemon tarts, followed by layers of liquorice, dark chocolate, black coffee, dried dates, and dried apricots. The overall profile is distinctly "dry sherry", thanks to a secondary maturation in a first fill oloroso sherry solera cask for an extended period.
