Akashi 3 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Sherry Single Malt Japanese Whisky

Limited edition that was released to celebrate the Chagata Park 10th Anniversary. Distilled at the Eigashima distillery and matured in a single quality Pedro Ximénez Sherry cask for three  years before bottling. This dram has fruity notes and dried oak that mingle perfectly with the gentle peat and sea salt that are often found in Akashi whiskies.
