The Rum:  An unadulterated single-cask rum distilled via traditional column stills and matured continentally in Scotland for 14 years. This cool climate prevented over-oaking while preserving a potent 65.5% cask strength ABV and its natural sugarcane sweetness. True to Blackadder's philosophy, it was bottled without added sugar, color, or chill-filtration, retaining natural oils for a viscous mouthfeel. Filtered only through a basic screen, it contains actual charred oak barrel sediment, offering a robust flavor profile of rich vanilla, toasted coconut, dark mocha, and a warm, peppery tobacco finish.
