N.I.P 無名氏 Exotic City Dry Gin

This second core issue was launched in May 2023, and it represents a different side of the city, being its incredible, and underrated local farms and agriculture. Anchored by locally grown perfume lemons, together with a variety of other citrus, kaffir lime leaves, Yunan black tea, mint and verbena, this gin is a citrus and refreshing expression that seeks to highlight a side of Hong Kong that not many people are aware of, and more importantly, flavours that are truly original and nurtured in this concrete jungle.
