Collection: Bruichladdich

Bruichladdich Distillery, founded in 1881 by the Harvey brothers on Islay’s western shore, is known for its traditional Victorian-era equipment and artisanal whisky production methods. It produces three main whisky styles: unpeated Bruichladdich, heavily peated Port Charlotte, and super-heavily peated Octomore, the latter being the world’s most heavily peated single malt. After several ownership changes and closures, it was revived in 2000 by private investors led by Mark Reynier and master distiller Jim McEwan, who restored its original machinery and emphasized quality, terroir, and sustainability.
