This expression represents Akuto's philosophy of "world blended whisky"—marrying malt whisky distilled at his own Chichibu Distillery with carefully selected grain whiskies sourced from international distilleries, including from Scotland, Ireland and Canada. The result is a harmonious balance between the precise, delicate character of Japanese whisky-making and the robust versatility of global grain stocks. 

Flavour Profile: Ichiro’s Malt & Grain offers vanilla cream, honey, ripe orchard fruits (apple, pear, peach), banana, and hazelnut-chocolate richness with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper spice in a smooth, light-medium body that echoes sweet fruit and gentle warmth.
