Hautes Glaces Episteme R18P23 Yellow Square Malted Rye Whisky

This whisky was made exclusively with rye and is the sibling expression to the producers R18P23B bottling. The difference between the two bottlings comes solely from the plot of land the rye was grown on, giving a rare opportunity to taste the difference in terroir. Aromas of wildflowers, baked bread and white pepper on the nose, with honey, pastry and cereal notes on the palate.
