Yuki no Mado Dry Gin

A small window opened in the northern land—made with the clear, icy snowmelt of Mount Daisetsuzan, paired with rice kōji from Higashikawa and tender fir needles from the forests of Daisetsuzan, joined by fourteen botanicals in total.

​Through this bottle, the pale, mystical light that fills the sky amid falling snow is gently refracted into the glass in your hand.

​This gin is the culmination of our years of effort, and a marker of the new journey we begin here in Hokkaido.
