Grace Wine Koshu 2023

Made using grapes grown above 400m in making Grace Koshu. In the vineyards, in order to reduce the effects of autumn rain, every bunch is covered with a shade (umbrella) and picked at optimal maturity. The grapes will then undergo long gentle pressing.
